Order Processing Times 

For In-stock orders, we will confirm the order before 6pm GMT-4 (Mon.-Fri.), and send it out within 1-2 business days. For all orders, your tracking number will be sent via e-mail when your package is shipped, typically in 1-2 business days.

For pre-orders/back orders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page.

Expected delivery time: 3-7 business days.

Free & Fast shipping to the following EU countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

Expected delivery time:  2-7 business days.

Track your order

When your order is shipped out, a notification will be sent to the e-mail box you registered on our website.

You can find a tracking number in the Email and you can track the status by enter your tracking number through "Order Tracker"

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time


Cancelling your order

We ship orders very quickly. Cancellation of orders must be made before your order has shipped.

Shipment Delay 

Most cases of delays will be caused by holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. If you need any additional help, please contact our customer service.


Taxes / Duties

ISNOW covers taxes for customers from the United State, EU countries. If a package were to be checked by the customs office of other uncovered countries, customers have to cover the import duties, tariffs, and taxes.

In addition, some products may require a special license or permit to import. ISNOW is not responsible for products confiscated by customs in the country where the customer is located.

Customs vary from country to country, please comment while you are placing the order about the requirements, we will support you as much as possible.


Missing items & Damaged items

If you haven't received your package within the standard delivery times, or the package has been received by stranger. Please contact our service team for assistance in 3 business days. We will assist you in providing logistic vouchers to the logistics company.

If you received the damaged/wrong items, please contact us without any hesitation. It would be appreciated that notify us of any missing item or mistake within 3 business days of receiving the order so that we would effectively make it right for you.


APO & post office box shipping

Shipping does not deliver to APO addresses and PO Boxes.
